Weather in Delhi varies with the five seasons- summers, monsoon, autumns, winter and spring. The summer months, from April to October, can become unpleasantly hot with temperatures peaking in July when the monsoon rains bring some relieft.

the monsoon persists until August. the frequent rains and the heat causes considerable humidity at times.

Besides being unpleasantly hot in the summer months Delhi can be unpleasant with air pollution and occasional dust storms during the day although it is comparatively cooler at night.

Winter starts in November and the winter months of December and January can bring thick fog in the mornings and delays to flights and traffic and railways.

Delhi Weather during the spring months of February and March is plesantly cool though the nights and the mornings are frosty. This is the best season to visit Delhi.
