The Oberoi Spa, New Delhi, is a sanctuary in the heart of the bustling city, providing a haven from busy schedules and the rush of modern life. The spa covers an area of 9000 square feet and is full of space, warmth and bright ambient light.

The calm and serene mood and the experience of the treatments is enhanced by a contemporary façade with beautiful Turkish marble and Oakwood interiors.

The Spa consists of eight therapy rooms, located by the pool. The therapy rooms includes one double room, four single rooms, a therapy suite, an Ayurveda therapy room and a hydrotherapy room for Vichy shower. Each is sumptuously designed including an individual shower/steam room where the therapist will deliver pampering & beguiling treatments that are succeeded by relaxation and warm herbal tea on the private wooden deck, which is outside each room.

The expert therapists, who have been trained at the Banyan Tree Academy in Thailand offer diverse professional treatments and programs which range from the best of Ayurveda to Aromatherapy.

The rejuvenating, relaxing and pampering of mind and body is achieved through holistic, non-clinical treatments.

The gym provides state of the art cardio stations and strength training equipment by Life Fitness. Steam rooms, saunas and an indoor lap pool with ladies and gentlemen segregated are included. Alternatively, a few lengths of the open air pool at The Oberoi New Delhi mark a tranquil end to a hectic day. The pool is illuminated in the evening and its use is complimentary for guests.
